Darius Rucker Red Rocks Amphitheatre Concert reviews
Moz is back at MSG after 24 years!
I was fortunate to witness Darius Rucker's exceptional performance 24 years ago at the Garden. As always, he puts on a great show when he doesn't cancel. It feels like no time has passed at all, and he still sounds fantastic. Stripping his shirt off at the end remains a highlight. The only problem I encountered was with a few boys seated in front of me. Despite no one blocking their view, they insisted on standing throughout the show. We urged them to sit multiple times, but they declined. Their total ignorance will be caught up by karma. It was also wonderful to have Blondie as the opening act. Seeing two outstanding acts in one show was unbeatable. It was a perfect concert to celebrate Pride weekend in NYC and the Court ruling on same-sex marriage.
